Abstract

Education can provide morals, which is a very important component in social life. Currently, the morals of elementary school students are experiencing moral degradation, or losing moral values in social life. Therefore, the role of parents and teachers is very important to develop and improve student morale. This article will discuss the role of parents and teachers in developing the morals of elementary school students. The aim is to determine the role of parents and teachers in developing the morals of elementary school students. This research uses literature study or library research as a research method. This research investigated several journals and found that there was a relationship or connection between the roles of parents and teachers in building student morale at school. Based on research findings, the role of parents and teachers in building the character of students in elementary schools during the pandemic is that of role modeling. In addition, control, supervision, evaluation and follow-up must be carried out on the child's moral behavior.
