Permasalahan penelitian adalah: Bagaiman manajemen sarana dan prasarana Dalam Menunjang Proses Pembelajaran di SDN 2 Kuala Kecamatan Kaidipang Kabupaten BolaangMongondow Utara? Faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat menunjang manajemen sarana dan prasarana? Dan Bagaimana implikasinya bagi proses pembelajaran di SDN kuala Kecamatan Kaidipan Kabupaten BolaangMongondow utara? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui: interview (wawancara); observasi (pengamatan); dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap kepala sekolah, guru, operator sekolah, serta siswa. Hasil penelitian adalah: manajemen atau pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yang ada di SDN 2 Kuala sudah dapat di katakan baik. Mulai dari perencanaan, pengadaan, pengaturan, pemeliharaan, pemanfaatan dan penghapusan dapat dikatakan baik. Walaupun masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi namun tentunya selalu ada solusinya. Kemudian mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat menunjang manajemen sarana dan prasarana itu seperti kerja sama antara kepala sekolah guru dan masyarakat dalam hal pengadaan sampai pada pemeliharan sarana dan prasarana dapat menunjang, kemudian adanya inventarisasi sehingga dapat membantu keamanan dan identitas dari barang yang dimilki oleh sekolah sehingga dapat menunjang proses pembelaran dengan baik. Selanjutnya untuk implikasi sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang proses pembelajaran itu sudah dapat dikatakan baik. Baik dari segi gedung sampai pada fasilitas yang ada di dalam kelas itu berfungsi atau digunakan sesuai dengan fungsinya.Hanya saja masih ada yang belum lengkap seperti ruang Aula, tempat penyimpanan alat peraga mata pelajaran IPA dan PJOK, serta UKS sehingga masih menumpang di kelas dan perpustakaan. Saran penelitian ini, 1) diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Kepala Sekolah, guru dan pihak sekolah guna pengembangan sekolah khususnya dibidang Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan. 2) Mengingat Sarana dan prasarana dalam proses pembelajaran  kiranya Kepala Sekolah,  guru dan pihak sekolah dapat mengupayakan media pembelajaran yang tepat dengan kemampuan siswa guna untuk menambah wawasan. 3) Kerjasama antara Kepala Sekolah, guru, masyarakat dan pemerintah sangat Urgen guna pengembangan Sekolah SDN 2 Kuala kedepan khususnya dibagian sarana dan prasarana.

 Abstract

The research problem is: How does the management of facilities and infrastructure support the learning process at SDN 2 Kuala, Kaidipang District, North BolaangMongondow Regency? What factors can support facilities and infrastructure management? And what are the implications for the learning process at SDN Kuala, Kaidipan District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency? This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through: interviews (interviews); observation (observation); documentation. Interviews were conducted with school principals, teachers, school operators, and students. The results of the research are: the management or management of existing facilities and infrastructure at SDN 2 Kuala can be said to be good. Starting from planning, procurement, regulation, maintenance, utilization and disposal, it can be said to be good. Even though there are still many obstacles faced, of course there is always a solution. Then regarding the factors that can support the management of facilities and infrastructure, such as cooperation between the principal, teachers and the community in terms of procurement and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure that can support it, then there is an inventory so that it can help with the security and identity of the goods owned by the school so that can support the learning process well. Furthermore, the implications of the facilities and infrastructure that support the learning process can be said to be good. Both in terms of the building and the facilities in the classroom, they function or are used according to their function. It's just that there are still things that are not complete, such as the hall, storage for teaching aids for science and physical education subjects, as well as the UKS so they are still in the classroom and library. The suggestions for this research are, 1) it is hoped that it can be utilized by school principals, teachers and school officials for school development, especially in the field of educational facilities and infrastructure. 2) Considering the facilities and infrastructure in the learning process, the principal, teachers and school officials can try to find appropriate learning media for students' abilities in order to broaden their knowledge. 3) Collaboration between the Principal, teachers, community and government is very urgent for the future development of SDN 2 Kuala School, especially in the facilities and infrastructure section.
