Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan Menggunakan Metode Moora
Abstract
Penilaian kinerja Merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk menilai kinerja karyawan dalam pekerjaannya. Dalam hal ini Mawar Sharon dalam melakukann penilaian kinerja karyawan untuk memajukan kualitas kerja dan gerakan perbaikan atas pekerjaan yang kurang sesuai dengan standar kinerja yang telah ditentukan. Untuk penilaian harus adil dalam menilai karyawan agar hasil penilaian sesuai dengan kemampuan karyawan. Bilamana kinerja karyawan baik maka diberikan gaji tambahan namun, jika penilaian kinerja kurang baik diberikan peringatan. Selain itu juga hasil penilaian akan digunakan sebagai bahan pengarahan dalam pengambilan kebijakan. Untuk penelitian ini akan dirancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dalam mengatur Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan, agar akurat dan melalui proses penilaian dan perhitungan yang pas. Untuk pengkaji mencoba membantu permasalahan tersebut diatas dengan menerapkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Multy Objective Optimization Ratio Analysis menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP, Database MySQL, beserta pemakaian Aplikasi Dreamweaver dan Photoshop.

ABSTRACT
Performance appraisal is an activity carried out by management to assess the extent of employee performance in their work. The assessment carried out by Mawar Sharon is intended to regulate the performance of each workforce in developing work quality and corrective actions for work that are not in accordance with the specified performance standards. In evaluating performance appraisers must be objective in assessing employees so that the results of the appraisal are in accordance with the ability of employees to carry out their work. In the performance appraisal conducted by Mawar Sharon stores it will look good or bad employee performance. If good then there will be awards such as additional salary or promotion and if the performance is below standard, a warning will be given. In addition, the results of the assessment will be used as material for consideration in policy making. Therefore this research will design a decision support system in determining Employee Performance Appraisal, so that it is truly on target and through an appropriate assessment and calculation process. For this reason, researchers try to help the above problems by making a decision support system using the Multy Objective Optimization Ratio Analysis method with the PHP Programming Language, MySQL Database, and the use of Dreamweaver and Photoshop Applications.
