Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze the concepts and practices of office management
among village officials in order to understand the factors that influence the efficiency and
effectiveness of administrative performance. Apart from that, this research also aims to identify ways
of improvement that can improve public services at the local level. The descriptive analysis method
was used in this research by identifying, analyzing and describing concepts and practices related to
office management in village officials.
