Learning Movement In Physical Education From The Perspective of Independent Learning

Abstract

The Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia proposed Policy Independent Learning, which is an educational program based on The idea of Independent Education. Physical education use sports to grow and improve aspect physical , cognitive , and emotional.Research done by the method study literature or study book . by looking at literature or articles relevant to the title research . Approach research with an approach qualitative , with descriptive methods . The collection of primary data in this study , from articles related to the title research . The process of occurrence motion is matter the basics must understood where the process occurs movement in humans started from stimulus (S), to receptor (R), towards to brain (O). From the brain to nerves motor or effector (E), to muscles , bones and joints so that happen motion .
